Flexible Working Hours

This is a fully remote internship with flexible working hours and no fixed daily shift. Interns can plan their work around their studies and other commitments, provided they meet agreed deadlines, communicate progress regularly and attend mutually scheduled online review meetings.

  • No mandatory daily attendance at fixed office hours.
  • Research assignments have agreed deliverables and deadlines.
  • Workload and weekly commitment are discussed with the selected intern.
  • Online meetings are scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • We encourage reasonable flexibility around exams and other academic commitments; deadlines that need to move should be raised early and agreed together.

What you will do

  • Research topics assigned by Dhimahi Talks.
  • Find reliable information from official publications, primary sources, research papers, books and credible reporting.
  • Cross-check factual claims and document supporting evidence.
  • Prepare structured research briefs, concise summaries, timelines and source lists.
  • Identify conflicting information, uncertainty and gaps in available evidence.
  • Organise references so that claims can be traced back to their sources.
  • Support the preparation of educational explainers in Hindi and/or English.
  • Revise research notes in response to mentor feedback.

Your research outputs are reviewed before they are used in any published content.

Who can apply

  • Interest in research, learning and educational content.
  • Curiosity about how to investigate topics and verify claims.
  • Basic internet research, reading and digital-document skills.
  • Willingness to cite sources, accept feedback and improve written work.
  • Ability to communicate progress and meet mutually agreed deadlines.

Students, freshers and beginners are welcome to apply. Prior professional research experience is not required.
