शोधResearch
Our main objective is to create research-based content for society. This is where our research will live.
Research notes
हम अपना शोध संग्रह बना रहे हैं।We're building our research archive.
The first research notes will appear here, each with its sources. Until then, you can read the standards we intend to follow.
Our research standardsहमारा तरीकाHow we work
-
Question
We start from a question that matters to people: about Indian history, society, culture or everyday science.
-
Research
We look for reliable sources such as books, research papers, official data and archives, and note what we could not verify.
-
Explain
We turn what we find into clear Hindi explainers, mostly short videos, and, as our archive grows, written research notes.
-
Review and correct
We aim to list our sources and to correct mistakes openly, with dates.
We are putting this process into practice step by step. See where each of our research standards stands today.
विषयFocus areas
The areas our research and explainers focus on:
What a research note will contain
Each note will be attached to one explainer and follow the same structure:
- The question: what the note sets out to answer.
- A short answer: the conclusion first, in a few lines.
- Context: the background needed to understand it.
- Fact, interpretation, tradition: clearly labelled, so documented facts are not mixed with opinion or belief.
- Sources: every book, paper, dataset or archive relied on, with full references.
- Related video: the explainer the note supports.
- Last reviewed: the date the note was last checked.
- Corrections: any changes made after publication, with dates.
A note will not be published without sources.
